Great variety and extra large donuts. Much bigger & way better than Dunkin & Krispy Kream & even Shipleys. They have toasted coconut that most places don't. I'll be back. Nice seating area with tables & sofa options. Didn't get it but hope their coffee is decent. Next time. If so, I will have a new favorite donut/coffee shop and say bye-bye to Dunkin forever.

Oh WOW. If you’re anywhere near Kannapolis, do yourself a favor and stop by The Donut House! The donuts are incredibly fresh, and one of the coolest things is that they’ll fill your donuts fresh while you wait, so the filling is perfectly smooth and delicious instead of sitting inside all day. Their smoothies are also amazing—fresh, flavorful, and the perfect pairing with a warm donut. They have a huge selection of donuts, coffee, boba, teas, and other drinks, so there’s something for everyone. The shop itself is bright, clean, and fun, with friendly staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Whether you’re grabbing breakfast or treating the family, this place is absolutely worth the stop. We’ll definitely be back! 🍩🥤

The doughnuts are AMAZING AND HUGE!!! Freshly made everyday. The glazed are nice and fluffy. And you can get your fillable doughnut filled with what ever cream or James you like on the spot. And the prices are great too. As a doughnut that big should be more. There smoothies are awesome too. Try it with popping Boba. I got the strawberry with popping strawberry Boba balls. It was very delicious.. Yum if I could give 10 stars I would. Don't let this place pass you buy.

5 stars across the board, no notes. Finding a spot with amazing Vietnamese Coffee in the Concord/Kannapolis area was such a lovely surprise. Finding out they have *incredible* donuts was even better. I've ordered from them on Doordash several times and stopped in today in-person for the first time--but certainly not the last. You cannot go wrong with The Donut House. 😄

I swung by The Donut House in Kannapolis, north of Charlotte on a Thursday morning to satisfy my sweet tooth, and I wasn’t disappointed. I got the Apple Fritter, Toasted Coconut donut, Cinnamon Crumble and Chocolate Chip Biscoff Cookie donut. All of it tasted quite fresh. The standout for me was easily the Toasted Coconut donut with the coconut flavor coming through smoothly without being overpowering. The donuts revived my fondness for the donuts. I also got a Chai latte, which tasted great and was a great way to start the day. The ladies behind the counter were quite helpful. There’s a seating area inside where you can enjoy the food if you’re dining. The morning at The Donut House seemed fairly busy with a steady stream of people coming in. It’s located in a strip mall at the corner, so there’s a lot of parking available outside. Overall, The Donut House is a wonderful donut(and other delicacies) shop that is easily a star of the neighborhood. I highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area(and are looking to satisfy your sweet tooth).
